ICE Tech is a software developer focused predominantly on the digitization of government in emerging markets. Our core team brought with it an average of over 20 years of experience in the complete development lifecycle of government information systems. ICE Tech provides the technology and operational support to its partners in their markets to effectively upgrade government to the 21st century. Our solutions have enabled government to significantly increase revenue, compliance and ultimately the citizen experience. ICE Engine was designed and built by our development team in response to our experience with government demanding the  implementation of solutions faster and faster. We recognized that bespoke project-by-project development was too slow – it lacked the agility demanded by our customers. In late 2018, we took the strategic decision to shift our focus as a business from a solutions business to a Technology business. ICE Engine had developed beyond its initial mandate as a tool for ICE Tech to use internally, to a tool for every developer to use.
